The location is fantastic, within walking distance to the Colosseum. The noise from the thin walls was bothersome.

This isn't a hotel but an apartment with poor soundproofing!!! A 20 euro check-in fee after midnight feels unnecessary without a proper reception!!!

The location of the hotel was perfect; 15 minutes walk to the Termini Train Station, 7-8 minutes walk to a metro station from which one can go to Vatican in 15 minutes and Spanish Steps in 10 minutes. Also the Colosseum is 20 minutes walk away. Besides, our room was pretty big (we were 3) and the hotel staff was very helpful. Although the hotel is located on a very busy street and our room was facing this street there was no noise when the windows were closed.

This accommodation was in the central location super close to everything. What's more, it was short walk to the subway, Termini railway station, and the main attractions. The rooms were beautifully maintained and great value in general, in private bathroom. The breakfast was gorgeous with a good choice of FABULOUS food.

The communal kitchen was a great feature, with a variety of drinks available on an honor system, making it easy to grab refreshments anytime.
The walls were thin, making it difficult to sleep at times due to noise from neighboring rooms.

Everything was perfect actually, but the staff was the best... Huge thank to Donnatella and all the other people there, because they were extremely nice and kind, and were treating us like friends... The location was perfect, the breakfast quite good and room was nice and clean and pretty quiet. And if we ever come back to Rome, we're gonna stay at Conte House, for sure...

The staffs were very friendly and helpful. They kept saying "My House is your house. You can do whatever you want to." And it was quite true! Very nice. The breakfast was good. Well, it was the same every day, but the coffee was good. And I have to say that, it helped to save money, as things in Italy is really expensive.
Reminder to travelers, especially those from Asia: No slippers, no toothbrushes. Well, as a matter of fact, these things were absent in all the Italian B&Bs and hotels we stayed in this trip.
